THE FOOD
A fusion of South American and Asian traditions, in harmony with nature.
At Casa Flow, every plate feels like a thoughtful gift from nature, made with love. We see ourselves as a bridge to the possibilities nature offers within us, bringing seasonal and mostly locally sourced ingredients to the plate.
We blend the diversity and endless possibilities of Indian spices with the warmth of South American cooking. We honor ancient techniques with a light, contemporary touch, always cooking with care and intention.
Our kitchen is built around three spaces, each with the same mission: seasonal, sustainable, and soul satisfying. Each one reflects timeless cooking methods through open fire, patient fermentations, and precise spice work.
• Raw Kitchen (Fresh from the Farm)
We use simple, honest techniques to bring out the brightness of the ingredients and the generosity of the land.
• Fire Kitchen (Robata Grill, Jasper Oven, and Tandoori)
Our fire rooms come alive with open flames, gently embracing heat to create depth, smoke and a touch of char that awakens the flavors.
• Slow Kitchen (Low, Slow, Tender)
Here we nurture dishes that unfold over time, with gentle heat and patience. Signature plates find their balance through time, resulting in textures that feel both comforting and refined.
THE BEVERAGE
Our cocktail list is designed to feel fresh, seasonal, and effortlessly inviting, with each drink crafted to highlight balance, character, and ease. Alongside it, our wine selection brings together low-intervention, organic, biodynamic, and natural bottles, from celebrated appellations to lesser-known regions and a few curious finds worth discovering.
THE MUSIC & ART
At Casa Flow, music and art are an essential part of what we offer. We open our doors to artists from all around the world, inviting them to share their love and essence through music and creative expression.
Before we were born, this emblematic building was home to El Diario de Ibiza, the island’s main newspaper. Today, we continue that legacy of storytelling, but in a new way, through the voices, creativity, and passion of the extraordinary people who pass through Casa Flow.
